Every property sends you its own application link. You fill it in once, upload your documents securely, and follow the status instead of calling to ask.
What you'll be asked
- Who you are, and how to reach you.
- Where you live now, and where you lived before if it was recent.
- Your work and your gross monthly income — asked once, not three times.
- Anyone moving in with you, whether or not they sign, plus pets and vehicles.
- When you want to move in.
Documents
- Photo ID, proof of income, and anything else that property asks for.
- Uploaded straight into the application — never sent over email.
- Only the people reviewing your application can open them.
Screening and fees
- Screening only runs if you consent, and the property tells you upfront if there is a fee.
- Some companies use their own screening provider — that is their choice, not a requirement.
- You see the status change as your application is reviewed and decided.
After you're approved
- Your lease arrives for signature — every adult who needs to sign gets their own link.
- Details from your application carry into the lease, so you don't retype them.
